Archaeological evidence proves that this temple has 600 year-old murals and ancient paintings in the cave. The Buddama Rajamaha Vihara in Siyabalanduwa is my last destination in my journey to Moneragala. My attraction for the Viharais its wall paintings that appeared in a government news magazine published by the Government Information Department called ‘Ceylon Today’ in the late 1960s during the Gal Oya Development Project. ...
