Ambassador – designate of Sri Lanka to the kingdom of Sweden assumes duties The newly appointed Ambassador-designate of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Sweden Kapila Fonseka assumed duties at the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Stockholm today. During his career spanning 24 years, Ambassador-designate Kapila Fonseka, an officer of the Sri Lanka Foreign Service has served in a number of Sri Lanka Missions abroad and held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka.
