KELLY CLASSIC – Willie Nelson – I’ll Love You Till The Day I Die Rodney Crowell & Chris Stapleton  sat down together to pen this song for Willie Nelson, 89 years young today, and still ‘on the road’ of music, playing his old battered guitar he named Trigger, which he stores in a bank when not in use, only because this old acoustic instrument is now valued at about 40 thousand dollars, only because it was once owned by Willie himself Mr Nelson still has the nasal quality famous for other Country Singers such as the late Hank Snow, for one, but thankfully, Willie is still  with us, sings out of cadence, yet in time, like no-one else that I know of, and plays Trigger professionally whenever he is on the instrument.
