The release of Bracegirdle-by Prabath de silva Landmark judgment that upheld the Liberty of individual and that affirmed the Fairness of ‘ British Justice’ Chief Justice Sir Sydney Abrahams who delivered the main judgement at its outset observed;   ’This is a case in which a rule nisi has been granted for a writ of habeas corpus. The subject of the writ, Mark Antony Lyster Bracegirdle, is an English-born British subject. We have heard this case with most anxious care, and I approach the question of our decision with equally anxious consideration as must always be done by His Majesty’s Judges where the liberty of the subject is concerned.
