Ingredients: 1 cup shredded coconut 1 medium onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves 1/4″ piece of ginger 2-3 dried red chilies (soaked) 4-5 curry leaves 1 small tomato Handful of Maldive fish 1 tsp red chili powder Salt & lime to taste Instructions: Grind aromatics (onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves, soaked dry chili) with salt into a paste.
