In this context Anura has excelled in many fields as television presenter, actor, lawyer and in many other pursuits.  He is the eldest sibling among three brothers recollects that the family had lived in several locations in Kandy but he remembers his young days when the family lived in the small yet very beautiful village named ‘Nugatenna” within the Hunnasgiriya village in Sri Lanka.
