California [USA] This is about the Thorombel Man that we  remember as children growing up in the 60’s .  he Thorombel Man.  “ Phew phew”, sighs the Thorombel man On a hot afternoon As he puts down his tin box On the floor in our veranda at home. Through the glass panels of his faded box I see colored strands of thread Looking like schools of fish In the glassy waters of the sea. Sunset orange, mangosteen maroon, chili red, lizard green…..
