DESCRIPTION
This Bridging Lanka event seeks to throw the spotlight on our ‘development’ efforts to nurture peace, prosperity and reconciliation in Sri Lanka. In this critical work, our diaspora (Tamil, Muslim, Burgher and Sinhalese) and Aussie supporters overcome many hurdles to undertake sincere, strategic and enduring work in Mannar and beyond.
There has been so much activity in the past year. We will showcase our recent projects, challenges and successes as well as invite you to shape our future direction. We will also pose some difficult questions about ‘development’ work more generally.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing wonderful stories from volunteers, Board Members and guests.
Thank you for your support of Bridging Lanka. Our supporters make all the difference to our work.
