Sri Lankan Recipes by Curry Mad – Stuffed Crab Shells
Ingredients
Bread Crumbs
4 Fresh Crabs
1 Egg
2 Large Potatoes, boiled & mashed
1/4 Lemon Rind
Pepper & Salt to taste
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
Method
Clean Crab shell after removing the flesh.
Mix the Crab flesh, Mashed Potatoes and Lemon Rind together and add Pepper and Salt to taste.
Serve the mixture into the 4 Crab shells. Cover 2 with the Puff Pastry and brush with beaten Egg.
Cover the other 2 with Bread Crumbs. Bake all for 30 minutes on medium heat.
