Sri Lankan Recipes by Curry Mad – Fish Salad
Ingredients
1/2 Cabbage
2-3 slices King Fish
1 Tblsp Oil 1 Each of Red & Green Capsicums
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Wash the slices of fish in Turmeric and Salt. Pat dry with paper towels. Fry the fish lightly, then add the sliced Capsicums and Cabbage. Lightly fry the other ingredients. Add Salt and Pepper to taste; Serve on bed of Cabbage and Capsicum.
