National award winning Writer and Director Rohana Dandeniya's landmark Sinhalese drama PARASSA will be staged at the George Wood Performing Arts Centre. PARASSA a drama based on folk lore and music by Rohana Baddage was successfully staged in Sri Lanka in the 70's and 80's. The Melbourne production includes well-known drama actors Shriyantha Mendis, Jayalath Manorathna, Nishshanka Digdeniya, Rohana Baddage and Madhanie Malwaththa. A tremendous stage performance, NOT to be missed.
