Please find below a flyer to inform you of a Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi Dance program on Saturday 25th August at the Sydney Bahai Centre, Lidcombe, to raise funds for Opportunity International Australia. Opportunity International is an organisation that works hard in rural parts of countries like India to provide opportunities for people living in poverty to transform their lives. We are honoured to have one of the ambassadors for Opportunity International Australia, former NSW Premier Kristina Kenneally, as our guest at the event, to present on the wonderful work being done by the organisation.
This dance performance will showcase the best of Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. Bharatanatyam dancer Shrikant Subramaniam, who will be travelling from the UK for this performance, will perform with myself (presenting Kuchipudi), and together we will present items to our theme "Shiva Shakthi - Dance and Dynamism" in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi.
I hope to see you all there in large numbers. Please pass this onto all your friends and contacts, to support our fund raising efforts for this worthwhile cause.
For tickets please contact me or anyone else listed on the flyer.
